All of Constellate’s offerings are designed to be tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each client organization. Within each of the following areas, we can structure our work together so that it best matches your organization’s situation, capacity, and budget, whether through coaching for leaders or teams, consulting projects with defined deliverables, meeting facilitation and design, trainings and workshops, or a combination of these approaches.
Strategic Planning
This is where we chart the course. Maybe you have a North Star, or maybe you need to find it. Constellate is your co-cartographer, supplying the tools and knowledge to plan out the route that suits you best.
For: nonprofit leaders, boards, and teams who are seeking support to develop, implement, monitor, and report on strategic plans.
Type of support: a start-to-finish holistic approach (from beginning development to year one reporting) OR by phase (i.e. development, implementation, creation of a monitoring system, etc).
Includes: special attention to designing for ongoing uncertainty and upheaval in the nonprofit sector, building for adaptability, and incorporating change management practices (see below for more info) to attend to the root causes of internal conflict and discord that are often created and/or magnified during planning and implementation of new strategies.

Change Management
Change is happening – maybe you planned it, or maybe you didn’t choose it, but you’re in the thick of it and Constellate is here to help you reach your destination - and come out the other side stronger and more grounded.
For: nonprofit leaders and teams anticipating or in the midst of medium-to-large scale changes, such as organizational restructuring, funding fluctuations, launching new initiatives, leadership changes, growth, and other shifts.
Type of support: coaching for leaders, skill-building and group support for leaders and supervisors, strategy development, and strategy implementation.
Includes: special attention to the root causes of internal conflict and discord that are often created and/or magnified by change processes. Draws upon organizational values and strengths to help teams emerge from change processes more internally aligned and grounded.

Creative Solutioning with Hands-On Support
Bringing together imaginative problem-solving with precise project management, this offering gives you the support you need to tackle the challenges and projects you don’t have time for.
For: leaders of a team, department, or organization who are in need of thought partnership and hands-on capacity to address a particular challenge or plan and execute a time-limited project.
Areas for support include: technology systems and AI, evaluation and monitoring, supervision and team development, operations policies and procedures, team workflows and process improvement, and program design and implementation, among others.
Type of support: a combination of strategic thought partnership, subject matter expertise, project management, and task execution. Provided through periodic meetings, project plan alignment, asynchronous collaboration, and development of deliverables.
